Justa: Rising USD in 1990s attracted huge inflows of foreign money into U.S. equity markets. We are now beginning to see a reverse phenomenon. That is why DOW 7500 will likely happen before year is out.
Short-term, it is very difficult for U.S. equity markets to rise when USD is falling.
