As far as investing in MO, just remember that the American judicial
system is nothing if not unpredictable, and that if the tobacco
industry ever starts losing these cases, all makers will be bankrupt.
The asbestos industry is gone, and asbestos actually served a useful
perpose, unlike tobacco. The silicone breast implant industry is
gone, and there is still no actual credible evidence that breast
implants lead to a higher incidence of auto-immune disease, unlike the
multitude of evidence that tobacco causes cancer.
