On MRPS; I received a PM from a "regular" member on the MRPS thread today (who is heavily invested in the stock), and he believes the stock is being manipulated. He also stated that I was quoted today as having "retracted" my comments about this stock. Nothing could be further from the truth; I stand by former statements (which I admit could have been stated more diplomatically), and yes; I'll be better prepared with more exhaustive dd before saying, "if a stock looks like a duck...and quacks like a duck...well, I may be wrong, but could it possibly be a....?".

It's very amusing to see posts from SI members who honestly believe I'm short MRPS and have some hidden "agenda". It's my comic relief of the day ! I love reading these conspiracy theories ! It's so much more entertaining than watching CNBC ! BUT, for the record: I am hereby, not long, short or in-between on this stock (I swear on the S & P Index !).

What I do know is this: 1) the stock is down 50% in 4 weeks; 2)many investors have sent PM's to me feeling they are "trapped" at $2.50; 3) many members feel they have "lost" half their investment; and 4) the stock is being over-hyped by certain SI members who claim to have "inside" information.

I am passing along the essence of these PM's (and some posts on the open thread) in response to all the protective, defensive and overzealous comments coming from those members who "protesteth a little too much"./sw
