jh: Rush to other tax authorities is what Obama wants to stop. And that's bad.......why? Because you want to be the country where people and their money want to come to. Not country that people an money wants to flee. They are not fleeing....they are hiding their money so they won't have to pay taxes......and they have been doing it for years.
