Just curious? Does anyone know the nature of the financing???the amount of money that is being pursued? Will there be stock/warrants/prefered/other rights given for the cash received??? Joe P. - there isnt much to discuss that has merit at the moment.....unless....Does anyone know how many shares of TMM TomS. owns?? When will the corporate blend/integration of Tom's company and TMM take place??? Is there going to be a patent issued for ANYTHING the combined company will own? O.K. now we have something to discuss, besides sitting around waiting for a press release .
