to my knowledge there are three 'update' buttons. one for utilities, one for antivirus and one for live update pro. looks like he used the utilities update and was surprised to find out that there were antivirus updates still to be had. but then again, that's probably his point... it's easy to mix 'em up.

i like that he made this statement: "My experience from installation onward was quite straightforward and I think I can attribute any crashes and glitches I experienced during testing to Windows 98, rather than to SystemWorks."

imo, the software may also catch a lot of flack for what really amounts to poor installation technique on a user's behalf. i only say this because i used to be among that group. <g3>
