Jack...

What a great argument. Now the bears are saying "no big deal" when before the active desktop was the next AOL killer. Now that AOL has prominent channels lined up on MSFT desktop, will be developing content for the desktop, it is no big deal. Go figure.

Slate hasnt' been doing to well. Maybe AOL will lift it out of the grave. Don't know where you got the idea that Digital Cities isn't doing to well. Must have missed the headlines for the deals its been closing the past few months. Sidewalk has been silent...they must still be ramping up.

As for MSN expanding capacity 500%, UUNET will also provide the access for AOL. Unfortunately, MSN needs some subscribers to take advantage of the 500% ramp-up, don't you think? Once the access issue is dead, bears are going to have to find another bone to pick. By the way IE4 and Win98 aren't all that great. Beta test them and see for yourself. This will not be another Win95.

By the way, no one is doing cartwheels here Jack. We're just plugging away at more deals...
