I can not say that I AM or I am not employed by AOL. :-) AOL being bundled with MSFT is a big deal, because pretty much all consumer pc's comes with Windows. In term of IE4/Win98, the software itself isn't all that great (IMHO). I personally don't believe that consumers will rush out and upgrade to IE4/Win98...but if they do AOL will be a bundled option consumers have to get online, as well as MSN and Prodigy.

It is nice to see MSFT paying some money to AOL to anchor Slate. Not sure what's next in this alliance....
