<This is a very critical number>

Only if there is a big voter turn out.

The Left in the USA wants 2 things otherwise the vast majority of them will not even bother to vote: Universal Health care and the US completely out of Iraq.

Universal Healthcare is a very nice idea. But this bone was thrown at us by the Clinton Administration in 1992 and we ended up very disappointed. Unless Congress turns solidly Liberal in the November elections, Universal Health care has no shot of getting passed. The Right Wing Artholes in the USA care more about corporate profits and GDP than the welfare and health of its citizens.

Moreover, Kerry has no real plan in Iraq. He comes across as a war lord there too. He claims that he wants to receive the cooperation and graces of the allies of the US and UN approval? Let's get real. The EU (along with China)wants the USA OUT of IRAQ. Kerry is not getting any EU support or cooperation unless Kerry completely pulls the Troops out of Iraq.

I fail to see how from a foreign policy perspective, Kerry would turn out any different from Bush. To be sure, economically and socially speaking, Kerry is miles ahead of Bush. Bush is still living in the Middle Ages as is close to half of America.
