defendant is better off with a jury in a criminal case. he needs only one juror to avoid guilty verdict.

even if half of jury were black racists, one non racist is all he needs to avoid guilty verdict.

i think o j verdict was unanimous for acquittal - i may be wrong. and i assume there were a number of white jurors.
