Selling missile secrets to China would be treasonous. I'm not sure if Clinton did that for sure. Missile secrets did go out the door during his era and he did get money from Chinese contributors. I won't accuse him of anything else on that score.

As for Iran-Contra, the Reagan adm used cutouts and didn't sell directly to Iran. But the effect was the same - trading arms for hostages.
