Thanks David, Can someone dig up the Lexar suit PR announcements? They actually give the patent numbers. My Quote.com is down and I can't retrieve them now. I seem to remember them being specifically related to disk emulation, concentrating on sectoring out bad sections during a formatting operation. These patents would cover ICs only, not on CompactFlash units, as Craig has pointed out. Can someone beat me to the punch and get the patent abstract that is the contention in the Lexar suit?
