RE: Perhaps Wall St., in its new-found ethics-leadership role, can help us. But then, if Wall St. was so cognizant of these earnings discrepancies, how come they weren't sounding the warnings years ago? They remind me of Hollywood, preaching one thing, practicing another. "Wall St." is a bunch of sales representatives. The "hype" helped them move product and extract a commission. I wouldn't look to them for any ethics beyond buying their next yacht and trying to get a good deal on it. Where Are the Customers' Yachts? or A Good Hard Look at Wall Street amazon.com Kirk
