re You got it! Especially if they can turn it right around and feed it to you at $86! Techie, why must you always try to spin the news? I gather that you once were considered a reputable poster. RudeDog and Chuzzlewit posted several months ago that there are some fairly heavy tax implications which make it extremely advantageous for the holder of a stock option to exercise and immediately sell the stock. Perhaps you have a friend among all the CEOs and CFOs you talk to who can explain the ins and outs of exercising stock options and alternative minimum tax. If so, perhaps you could post it here.
