Certicom Expands Global Sales Reach by Signing Eight New Channel Partners

Tremendous growth of Certicom Partner Network demonstrates commitment to
both domestic and international markets

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Feb. 4 /CNW/ - Certicom Corporation (TSX: CIC), a

Certicom Partner Network has expanded globally with the addition of eight new
channel partners. The global partner program was launched less than three
months ago, with six inaugural partners, to simplify the delivery of wireless
security solutions to enterprises, governments and other markets. The
expansion of this program reinforces Certicom's commitment to international
markets and delivers on the company's growth strategy by extending its sales
reach globally.
The Certicom Partner Network enables security-focused channel partners
and large carriers with security divisions to round out their product
portfolios with award-winning handheld security solutions. Eight new channel
partners based in North and South America, Europe and Asia Pacific have signed
as members including: Docutech Inc. (U.S.), ESI Information Technologies Inc.
(Canada), Sigmax PDA Solutions BV (Netherlands), Ultimate Solutions Pty Ltd.
(Australia), Enterprise Consulting Partners (Brazil), WorldNet 21 (Spain),
EduMedia Oulu Ltd. (Finland), and Data World Computer & Communication Ltd.
(Hong Kong).
