I also called Bear Stearns today. Confirmed that pricing is the week of the 15th. Asked for the "level of interest in the secondary," to which I got a "no comment" response.

Also, was given a fax number to which you could send a request for a prospectus. Left the fax number at the office, but will post it here tomorrow if anyone is interested.
