Oh cool! An increase in royalties to the European standard 16% as established by the GSM Guild. I always said the 5% QCOM was charging was too low in light of normal royalties for cellphone technology which only enabled voice and text. The amazing CDMA technology enables on the hoof cyberphones with high data rates at low prices and enabled the European governments to collect $100 billion in spectrum auctions, proving yet again that QUALCOMM had grossly undercharged for use of their technology.

QUALCOMM profits will be huge when we are upgraded to GSM-style 16% royalties.
