I don't think it is accurate. The page seems to say they randomly cuts it off at 5:00 pm and calls it the last trade. Besides, the only thing that after hour trades information is good for - ulcers. You seem to be correct because SEG is stated to be trading at ~36 at PTDiscount while CNBC stated 6 points lower on Globex.
