Stan and Brian, My intention (at least for now) is to look at EXDS as a short term trade. 1.50 is support and I'll be disappointed if it breaks. I read the Jim Seymour article (thanks Michael). I file it under priced-in/not quite so James/don't-care. BTW, it seems I should have jumped on LVLT under 4 instead of philosophizing over it. But two 20+% gains for the day are satisfying enough <g> ST
