Matador, << Hope the truth is in the earnings statement. I hope also that NOK reports according to the GAAP, too. >> Well, NOK has switched to Pro Forma like so many others. I'm not a financial wizard, but based on a cursory read of Q1 & Q2 (and using the 20-F as a guide) I don't think that they do the GAAP Loss/Pro Forma Profit "Financial Engineering" trick. If they do, not a single analyst has pointed it out, like many do with Qualcomm (as an example). If you have any evidence to the contrary after you read the October 19th numbers please let me know. We're probably 8 or 9 months away from seeing the 20-F for 2001 but that will be a good double check. - Eric -
