So, your Iraq policy bottom line is that Bush I should have ignored the UN and marched to Baghdad, even when we were enjoying greater international cooperation, but Bush II shouldn't have, when we weren't?

Hmm. You don't get my vote for either National Security Advisor or Secretary of State.
