BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 13, 1999--Wowstores.com
Inc. (OTC BB:WOWS) announced Thursday that it has entered into a
relationship with ZDU (Ziff Davis University online), a part of ZDNET
(NYSE:ZDZ), in accordance with their Partner Program Agreement.
Wowstores will provide links to the ZDU site from their shopping
directory. ZDU will pay Wowstores 10% of every annual membership sold
from the link traffic. This "referral fee" is paid in exchange for the
Wowstores promotion of ZDU's site. Monies due will be paid quarterly
and be accompanied by a statement of activity to help evaluate the
ratio of visitors to sales.
ZDU offers online classes in today's hottest computing topics,
such as web-building and design, programming, design graphics, Office
'97 and other applications. Their dozens of online classes allow users
to attend classes anytime and at their convenience.
