Hi Otter, VLSI had a case of the double or maybe triple blues.
1) Internal turmoil not well explained
2) Chip cos. out of favor
3) telecom out of favor

Now, it's like the market has forgotten all of that. Hard to guess what the next "mood swing" will bring!
