You have to get over this notion that I'm demonizing any individual government worker. Or that reforming government bureaucracy means shutting down basic government services like fire and police protection. That's the kind of thinking that ensures nothing will ever get fixed and that government will continue growing by leaps and bounds without any improvement in the quality of services offered.
