WGDF has merger partner Romarco with several Nevada properties trading today at .21 CND = .18 USD. IF and WHEN the merger goes through and there are hitches WGDF shareholders get two shares of R at .18 USD today for each share of WGDF at .205 today. Not a bad arb if it continues this way. Either way R has drilling prospects and WGDF is a turn around. I hope the merger goes through in a couple of months. Drilling news soon on Sunnyslope I hope but who knows.
