Security Update*E-mail interceptor* Executive Update TED, I have completed the e-mail intercept project now referred to as project "Fabricator". The System will : 1) Intercept all e-mail sent to FBN and analyse the purpose of the e-mail. 2) The system will then respond to the e-mailer from yourself and the VP of the division related to the e-mail. 3) Each responding e-mail will have all the normal fluff BUT ALSO CONTAIN A REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FROM THE E-MAILER. 4) Should the e-mailer respond for the request for additional information, the system will send an e-mail form yourself, the VP, a Director from the department and the project leader. All of these e-mail looking for clarification. The end result of the system will be: - A perception of great customer service and response to investors. - A relief of all FBN human response allowing more nap time. - Problem investors will learn for each e-mail/question thay ask they will be sent multiple e-mails with questions...see how they like it...this should provide the negative reinforcement needed to stop them.
