robin, i think that you are entitled to speak and your views will be appreciatd by all of us.. we have lots of knowledgeable folks on prln threads. we hope no one really discovers us as then we would get the "wise guys" who question everything we post. so to your question on the warrents. they are redeemable as you said except for two minor points that either i misunderstand , or, you did not interperet correctly from art.. the 4.75 triger point is, i could be off by a little, is if the stock closes for 20 continuous trading days at 4.75 and then, and only then can they force or call in the warrents at that time frame. my interpertaion..and i can stand correctd, is that the company must call in the warrents at that time frame. if they don't and the stock drops..we start over agin for that window of opportunity. now, as a warrent holder you may at any time convert to the common stock..cornell did that very thing several years ago when the company needed cash. can they extend the warents .. i sure hope so as i own a pot full of warrrents as well as shares of common so my reasoning is, we see , say five bucks some time next year, and the company calls in the warrents. they get 4.75 times the number of warrents from the holders for common stock.. there could be some thing like 1.7 million warrents out. do the math>>grin.. by the way, i plan to attend next years meeting if we see five bucks on prln before then as i want to shake the hands of the management and thank them for making me very, very happy if we see five bucks again.. |
