<<Can somebody help me out and explain this stock to me? I have owned SYMC in the past, but have no position now, either long or short.

SYMC is hit with a fraud law suit and Bear Stearns has cut this quarter EPS by -20% from .27 to .22 and the stock is ralling to near 52 week highs. I don't get it, any ideas??>>

Hmm. My idea is that the market is giving us a signal: SYMC stock is being accumulated.

Overvalued stocks often go down on "good" news, while undervalued stocks often rise in the face of seemingly "bad" news.

Clear buy signal. However, I'm not buying more until earnings are out.
