Be careful. The reason that the number of stockholders is so small is that many of these shares are held in street name. My broker uses US Clearing and I'm sure that several others do as well. All the CheckFree shareholders that have their shares held in US Clearing's street name count as 1 registered shareholder. The same is true for shares held at any other broker in street name. If you took delivery of your certificates, then you would increase the number of shareholders.

Don't get too excited about this.
