there are 66 books in the bible...39 in the old testament...there are 27 in the new testament...there are also 66 chapters in the book of Isaiah...the first 39 chapters represent warnings of judgement and the 39th chapter is a warning about the Babylonian captivity...starting with the 40 chapter there is hope of restoration and prophecys of the Messiah and the restoration of Israel and finishing with the new heaven and new earth and the Millenium kingdom and the earth being our eternal dwelling place for the children of God...thus the last 27 books of Isaiah representing the new testament and the first 39 books representing the old testament and the harshness and judgement of God and the harshment and judgement of the law of the Old Testament.....found that last night...cool.....in Christ ...gregor
