Paul, re GE and other blue chips: GE, PG, MRK, DD and others of the old "Nifty Fifty" still occupy a position of awe among denizens of the Street; check out their performance for the past ten years! I hope that INTC will take its rightful (IMHO) place among these companies in their minds. INTC is still viewed with suspicion by MANY money managers, which leads to its relatively high and (again, IMHO) unjustified volatility. Jeff

PS - In two years, CSCO will have the same cachet.
