After deliberations with others, I must retract my request for
you to to mail your proxies to my address. I am very sorry
for having caused confusion, but it now seems matters in the
USA are far different then here in Canada, and others will
post information accordingly. I feel very badly about this,
but as of now the mailbox has been closed, and all mail received
will be returned to each one of you.
I have been informed that ALL SHAREHOLDERS WILL BE ABLE TO USE
THE DISSIDENT PROXY, AND THIS INFORMATION IS TO BE MADE AVAILABLE
TO EACH ONE SOON.
All mail arriving, if you have sent it already, will be returned
to sender. Please stay tuned, as the systems set up in each
country seem to have very distinct differences, and we have been
mislead as to how the process actually works.
Again, my sincerest apologies to everyone for any inconvience
caused, and I, like you, have to wait for the right information
and how to handle this matter properly and legally.
