Jim that's definately one solution but the more I've been reading and the more I hear such as that 2 of the complaintants signed wcdma agreements with Q before the standard was finalized and now say that if they knew Q's terms they would never have supported the standard.

I think Q's new offer should be- You'll get nothing and LIKE it.
