I support this law kind sir, please reconsider your remarks. Ever since I was a small child I've been hankering after a birdbath of my own but have been stopped by my respect for this law. Please don't repeal this law or I will end up in my back yard bird bathing without restraint, a fate too ugly to contemplate. My children thank you. ARS
