Ironically the Bush/Cheney haters want the job to be done yesterday, but don't want the few companies who are capable of doing it to do it. And, they want a cumbersome competitive bidding process, making everybody wait even longer (years?), while the troops are being targeted and are trying to keep the peace.

In other words, they want the situation to be impossible to fix, totally disregarding the risk and costs of both human life and money, solely for the purpose of gaining political power.

The Bush/Cheney haters don't give a rat's as* about our troops or the Iraqis getting killed. In fact, they relish when our troops get shot or bombed; it gives them political fodder.
