People, People!!

I obviously have no power over what opinions are expressed here, but I can try to hold up the optimism on here to the best of my ability.

This is simple business. We have a problem. Let's help the "Director" out with the solution. I might even send Jack that my last post on what I think should be done with CVIA (should I?).

This WOTD guy is sounding more and more like a crook to me. He seems very "shrewd" not letting us know who he is or anything. We have to "dig" to find anything and so far, all we have found is more dirt.

Also, mention this to Jack the next time he decides to do some REG-S dealings: Where is that 14% of Promar and that other company at??? Don't we have money there too? Let's use some of our investments wisely. I wish like heck I was in Jack's shoes. I gurarantee within 2 years, we would see that $5 price w/o the reverse split at all. Just use logic and stick with some solid investments for a while. Jack is just burying us with delays which mean nothing. Come on Jack, as we say in the South, give us some MEAT! I have not unloaded any of my shares so far.

I say we vote a few of us to the board of directors at CVIA. We could pull it off no problem. If the minimum is 3 that means that 2 available spots are there. I bet if we started giving out some MEAT then this stock would not be considered a scam by anyone.

I vote, let's see the "ink" of the deal and all vote on it, or let's turn CVIA into an investment company. Sell Promar and other company, plus use whatever is sitting in bank. Probably around $2-2.5 million.
We could return 40% easily on that, then we produce earnings, move up in price, attain NASDAQ listing (if we so desire).

Just my .02,

Matt

P.S. As you can see, I am ready to put somebody at the helm who is a real shaker and mover and can handle pressure. I feel a few are qualified on this thread. We need somebody who can rattle some cages out there and "take the market by storm" as DLEE once said!!
