June 2012: Strike One -- Obamacare, H.R. 3200, is struck down by the Supreme Court in a 5-4 decision, with Justice Kennedy siding with Roberts/Alito/Thomas/Scalia. June 2012: Strike Two -- Arizona's S.B. 170 immigration law is upheld by the Supreme Court in a 5-3 decision, with Justice Kennedy siding with Roberts/Alito/Thomas/Scalia, and Justice Kagan recused. November 2012: Strike Three -- Obama is narrowly defeated by Mitt Romney by a 48-46 margin (50-44, if you throw out the voter fraud contingent), with Ron Paul claiming the remaining 6%. (A gal can dream, can’t she?)
