hard to conclude a lot. anyway, real estate at a high tech company is a side show. know who else had undervalued real estate? sgi and data general.

suncom's margins would be good, if they weren't down 25% from peak margins. they'll never again get those margins. suncom is a money losing company. you can't brag about margins until that changes.
