The reason I ask is because you have posted the same comment other times and people have pointed out to you, me included, that the court will not allow the memos to be released.

This simply isn't true. I don't know where you got that idea, but Obama can release those details with one signature via executive order, no questions asked. It is HIS decision. Just as it was to release the other portions.

To my knowledge, most presidents don't have that power but then, maybe President Cheney changed all that.
