Ideology over constitutionality. That seems to be the Obamacare Rule! It's more solipsistic than that. It's 'our ideology is obviously right and anybody who counts for anything agrees'. They don't bother to inquire after opinions outside their own circle -- the Dem Establishment and their MSM courtiers. They are in a group think bubble. Just look how shocked Jeffrey Toobin of CNN was at the Obamacare oral arguments and again yesterday at the Arizona immigration law oral arguments. In both cases, he was astonished that the court found the conservative arguments persuasive. It was as if he had never even considered the merits of those arguments himself -- and he probably hadn't. Liberals were so sure the Court would just rubber-stamp whatever expansion of Federal power the Obama administration brought before them. They told each other it was a done deal. And Toobin is CNN's Supreme Court expert, the guy who is supposed to know what is going on!
