The Ds have begun this process -- which was wrong -- but if the Rs don't play the same game, the end result is a court packed with leftwing nutjobs. Neither you nor I would want that, right? If it is good for Bush's nominee it is good for Obama's. The Rs need to hammer this woman relentlessly. This chickenshit idea that they ought to give her a pass is nonsense. They can't stop her, but there is no reason not to give the Ds a taste of bork.
