just like people had to eat their words about cyrx when i first posted that cpq would use cyrx on SI last yr.
CPq is chopping at the bit to introduce k6
as soon as amd can give them the large quntities they need then cpq will announce...not for months and months..they've even been to AMD plant and it got written up in rumor news here in Austin.
This is a current so strong at cpq that it's a secret that cannot stay low key.

where are you..maybe it's because i'm in Texas and right in the middle of amd ,cyrx assy. and compaq that I hear this all the time..

Cpq is feed up with the intel monopoly and they are secretly financing methods to stop it.
