Ron,

I agree with your valuation, although I'd love to see Richards happen.
I guess the one thing holding back higher multiples for this stock
is the potential for the PRC to increase corporate taxes. It might
be interesting to do some expectation calculations with regard
to fair PE. IMHO, it should have little impact on DCF if the tax
stays constant for the next 5 years.
