I haven't checked this board in quite a while (because I'm no longer in the stock), but I think that what's happening to the price in the very short term is typical rather than disturbing. Numerous times I see stocks advance in a pre-show build-up and then tumble once the show begins. That's because shows rarely (my view) develop new buyers or offer news that's not common knowledge amongst current and potential investors. So for those who feel that something sinister is going on, I think it's just stock trading as usual. However, the insider sales are not encouraging, no matter what reasons are offered. After all, they're certainly not going to state that they're selling because the stock is overpriced. So I'd say that you can't determine whether the sales are neutral or negative.
