You realize that 5 to 10% is two or three CPU speed grades? In some of those tests, 10% works out to slower than a 1 GHz Celeron? $150 for nothing is small? What would happen if the word was "P4 is slower than a Duron"? About the same as what happened to the Celeron 300 (no L2).
