9-11 happened because Bush was asleep at the switch. He was even warned on 8-6 and did absolutely nothing. That's just a fact. Sorry if you can't swallow and feel compelled to smear the presdient who was very much on the ball the year before. On New Years 1999-2000, Clinton's people stopped the LAX Al Qaida bombing after they too were warned. Contrast the two. Bush asleep at the wheel, Clinton on the ball.
