...the company broken up is still worth considerably more than the current price" I was talking strictly market valuation on the date of the split for the two softees. We can argue about what will come next. 2 new upbeat mister softees have a chance to outperform even if only one does really well. I just think the stock at 70 has discounted the worse case.
