Looking further into BX, I read the Credit Suisse report and can't make any sense of it other than they are recommending BX with an OUTPERFORM rating. I have to go with if I can't understand it, skip it, although I really like their strategy of buying foreclosed property and turning it into rental property.

Any opinions on LAZ, featured in ....BARRONS....yep, Barrons, last week. I picked up the shares based on my own research recently and along the way found this report:

Both LAZ and BX are essentially financial management firms that might not be in your interest area, so I understand if you pass.
