LAST OT The constitution didnt ponder 21st century america either. Less government is better but what you imply in your arguments is no government. And again tax rates should fall after the immediate business of rectifying the inequities created by the boom are taken care of IMO. That will be my last post on this subject. The natives are getting restless.
