No, all is not that bad- I was just hoping for some really good news and didn't get it. I will live. At least we got what seems to be a good guy to run Watch Station. They seem to be getting a lof of really seasoned people, which will help the long term enormously. Only 500 shares on the board. Which one of you are selling:-) Ask still 9 1/4. Check that, down to 9 1/8. This morning's opening was so predictable with the news we received. Steve
